What is the National Urban League's Career Fair?

The National Urban League Career Fair is an annual event that brings employers and job-seekers together. This three-day event is held in conjunction with the National Urban League Annual Conference. The Career Fair features: direct recruitment, on-site interviewing, and professional development workshops on a variety of topics.

Who participates in the Career Fair?

The Career Fair partners with some of America’s finest corporations from numerous industries. Their participation strategically positions them to recruit high-quality professionals and brand their company as a diversity champion. This event attracts an average of 3,500 job-seekers who are experienced professionals from various backgrounds and skill sets.

 

 

 

How does the Career Fair help?

Our Career Fair directly supports one of the four I Am Empowered target areas: Jobs.  It provides the community with an opportunity to expand their job search methods, develop professional networks, and receive education and knowledge to aid in ongoing professional development.
