The NUL Community Health Worker (CHW) program promotes healthy living to eliminate health disparities in underserved
communities.

Through the use of a strong team of Community Health Worker’s who are experienced, culturally competent and knowledgeable of the health care system, participants learn how to access quality healthcare services, and more.
